CallBunker LLC respects your right to control your account and personal information.
If you have a CallBunker account, you may request deletion of your account and the data associated with it using the instructions below.
HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request deletion of your CallBunker account by contacting:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your CallBunker account whenever possible.
For security purposes, CallBunker may need to verify that you are the account owner before completing the deletion request.
You may also initiate account deletion through the account deletion option available within the CallBunker application.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELETED
Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, CallBunker will delete or disassociate the personal data associated with your account, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Depending on the information associated with your account, deletion may include:
- Your CallBunker account profile
- Your name and email address
- Your personal phone number associated with CallBunker
- Your assigned CallBunker/Defense Number association
- Your Trusted/Whitelist and Blocked/Blacklist entries stored by CallBunker
- Stored SMS conversation history associated with your account
- Call and messaging records associated with your account, where applicable
- SMS consent records, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, security, or dispute-resolution purposes
- Other account-related information stored by CallBunker that is no longer required for a legitimate purpose
CONTACTS
CallBunker does not upload or store your complete device contact list on its servers.
Your contacts remain on your device. If you specifically add a phone number to your CallBunker Trusted/Whitelist or Blocked/Blacklist, that number may be stored by CallBunker and will be handled as part of the account deletion process.
PENDING UNVERIFIED MESSAGES
Messages from unverified senders that are being temporarily held for verification are automatically deleted after 24 hours if verification is not completed.
INFORMATION WE MAY RETAIN
Certain limited information may be retained after an account deletion request when reasonably necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and abuse prevention
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing our Terms of Use
- Maintaining records of consent or compliance where required
- Financial or transaction recordkeeping where required by law
Any information retained for these purposes will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Deleting your CallBunker account or uninstalling the CallBunker application does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription.
If you have an active CallBunker subscription through Google Play, you should manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account.
Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for subscription charges already processed.
PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST
After receiving your request, CallBunker may contact you to verify ownership of the account.
Once verification is complete, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period of time and in accordance with applicable law.
